The company was created in 2013 by four scientists/researchers in the field of chemistry and industrial polymers with private equity support.
The development activities are focused on the creation of new substances, (pre)polymers and formulations with main applications in composites, polyurethane foams, coatings and adhesives.
The starting materials are selected or extracted from by-products of the food industry. The novelty of the approach being in the selection process of the starting materials (that ensures maximum purity and reproducibility) and in the synthetic technology that guarantees the industrial production of the final product. The synthetic approach combines phenols, carbohydrates and fatty acids in order to obtain materials that are technically and economically viable.
